Chef Matteo Clivati was born and raised in Milan, Italy. His passion for food began at a very young age while working in his family’s pastry shop, Pasticceria Clivati. Before moving to San Francisco and then Fort Worth, Chef Clivati worked in notable restaurants such as Nobu and Sadler Ristorante, as well as managed an upscale catering company. Chef Clivati is versatile in any situation, kitchen or clientele. Chef Clivati always displays a high level of professionalism, backed by a consistent, demonstrable record of achievement.
